Refund Policy

This policy explains how subscription refunds and cancellations are handled on Event Material Hub.

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees paid to Event Material Hub (EMH) for seller and vendor plans on the platform.

EMH does not process payments between buyers and sellers for product transactions — those are handled directly between parties.

Subscription Refunds

  • Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the plan period has started.
  • If you were charged in error or charged twice for the same plan, contact support within 7 days with payment proof.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations

You may cancel auto-renewal or choose not to renew at the end of your billing period. Access continues until the current plan expires.

Downgrading to a free plan does not automatically refund unused days on a paid plan unless required by law or explicitly approved by EMH support.

Refund Requests

To request a review, email support@eventmaterialhub.com with your registered business name, plan name, payment date, and transaction reference.
